  • Has the emotional distance between you grown, leaving you feeling lonely in your relationship?

  • Are trust issues, resentment, or past wounds making it difficult to move forward together?

  • Do you and your partner keep having the same arguments without resolution?

  • Has trust been broken, leaving you unsure how to move forward?

  • Do you feel emotionally disconnected, like roommates instead of partners?

  • Are resentment and misunderstandings creating tension in your relationship?

Struggles in a relationship don’t mean it’s broken. They mean you care enough to want things to be better.

Couples therapy helps you communicate better, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally so you can strengthen your relationship rather than drift apart. Every relationship faces challenges, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.

You don’t have to stay stuck in these patterns. In therapy, we’ll work together to
✅ Improve communication so you feel heard and understood
✅ Resolve conflicts in a way that strengthens your bond instead of tearing it down
✅ Rebuild trust and emotional closeness
✅ Break unhealthy patterns and create new, healthier dynamics
✅ Deepen connection, intimacy, and partnership

Mature Couples

Many older, mature couples feel anxious and overwhelmed about dealing with unique life challenges that come with aging, such as loneliness within the relationship, health and caregiving issues, financial pressures, and the emotional trials of adjusting to changing needs. We can help revitalize your relationship by providing tools and guidance for navigating these problems.

You and your partner deserve a loving, supportive, and fulfilling relationship.

Special Interest inHuman-Technology Interactions

i provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your interactions with social technology (such as AI or robots) that could create problems in your life.

i can examine possible problem areas such as:

  • prioritizing time spent with a technology-based "relationship" over time with human relationships

  • looking for attention or reassurance from an AI or robot imaginary friend (or buddy)

  • finding "friendship" with AI or a robot to be more relatable than with real people

  • spending too much time or money on accessing the technology

  • confusion over whether or not the AI or robot "relationship" is real
